» Agreement & Terms of Service at FotohubGallery «

1. Agreement Policies and Procedure for Iria/Bibite

These rates are for full documentation of all Iria/Bibite Ceremony activities for the number of days booked. A 50% deposit retainer must be paid at the time of booking our service, 30% 1-3 weeks before the event, and the balance 20% on delivery. The initial retainer is made to secure the date for FotohubGallery service; It is the client's guarantee that FotohubGallery will reserve the date. In the event of postponement, or cancellation of the event scheduled for the supposed date, FotohubGallery reserves the right to retain all deposits paid.

2. Liability

FotohubGallery is limited to refund the money paid in the unlikely event that a problem arises, whether due to theft, lateness, not showing up, accident, ill health, neglect, loss of materials, power loss by utility companies, wireless interference, equipment failures, act of God, or general human errors. If FotohubGallery is unable to provide any footage, refunds are limited to the amount paid. FotohubGallery is not responsible for loss of footage due to corrupted storage devices or interference from guests or other restrictions.

3. Location Access

The client is solely responsible for logistics for the team. It is the client's responsibility to secure access to the areas for photography and videography coverage. FotohubGallery will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. To this end, we require a contact person/attendant to assist with whatever we may need, to ensure a smooth workflow throughout our service time.

4. Service Duration/Event Coverage

Overall, you get over 20 hours of service. For the main event, we are by your side to passionately capture your every moment. We come in before everyone else. To be clear, we arrive at the venue by 7 AM and leave when the event is over (7 PM).

5. Copyright

FotohubGallery reserves exclusive rights to all images as stipulated in the "Copyright Act, 2022, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004." By booking FotohubGallery, you agree that we can reproduce your images whether for commercial purposes or otherwise and display them in public spaces. We only issue to you a "License To Use" images for home prints and social media but not for commercial use.

Exclusion of this right would cost N100,000 only.

Agreement Policies and Procedure

Upon deciding on which of our sessions to book and confirming availability, a 50% deposit retainer must be paid at the time of booking our service, 30% before shoot and balance 20% on delivery. The initial retainer is made to secure the date for FotohubGallery service; It is the client's guarantee that FotohubGallery will reserve the date. In the event of postponement, or cancellation of the shoot scheduled for the supposed date, FotohubGallery reserves the right to retain all deposits paid.

1. Liability

FotohubGallery is limited to refund the money paid, in unlikely event that a problem arises whether due to theft, lateness, not showing up, accident, ill health, neglect, loss of materials, power loss by utility companies wireless interference, equipment failures, act of God, or general human errors, and that FotohubGallery is unable to provide any footage, refunds are limited to amount paid, FotohubGallery is not responsible for loss of footages due to corrupted storage devices.

2. Logistics

Client is solely responsible for logistics for the team; for shoots outside the studio, we charge extra N20,000 depending on shoot location. Service Duration & Delivery Depending on operational conditions, estimated shoot time may be shorter or longer. Our delivery time is 3-10 working days and nothing more; sooner delivery will attract extra charge as will be negotiated.

3. Copywright

We reserve exclusive rights to all our images as stipulated in the "Copywrights Act, 2022, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004." By booking us, you agree that we can reproduce your images whether for commerical purposes or otherwise and to display in public spaces. We only sell to you "Licence To Use" images for home prints and socials but not commercial. Exclusion of this right would cost N50,000 only.

Please note that FotohubGallery will only photograph you in accordance with the above and by booking FotohubGallery, you agree to these terms.

To be clear, we arrive the venue by 6am and leave when the event is over (7pm).

FotohubGallery will document your event in accordance with the agreed terms. However, we canot be held responsible for circumstances preventing this such as:

1. Failure to submit the event information form in a timely manner.
2. Failure to provide an accurate schedule for event coverage or sufficient notice of any change that may arise.
3. Inclement weather resulting in harsh shooting conditions.
4. Restrictions placed by the venue or security officials.
5. Other Photographers, videographers or generally any vendor.

It is understood that FotohubGallery is the exclusive media company retained by the client to cover the event. Any conflicts with other photographic and/or video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.

Editing and Mastering

Your Wedding photography and full film will take approximately 6-8 weeks to produce from the date of your event or from the date all necessary footages and other informations and materials are received. Client will be notified when the project is completed and ready for delivery.

Final Edit

Upon taking possessions of the finished product, the client must inform FotohubGallery of any technical or other problems with the full video within 7 days after. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

Creative Aspect

Such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of FotohubGallery. It is also understood that the client is hiring FotohubGallery for their professionalism, technical and artistic expertise and therefore, FotohubGallery reserves the right to edit the footages as they see it. Request for changes to the final videotape will be subject to an extra editing charge.

FotohubGallery does not guarantee that everyone involved in the event will be photographed, videotaped or will be included in the final film.

Client's Name: accepting contract and all the conditions with no exception. Client's Signature: Date: NB: By booking FotohubGallery, client is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions with no exception. In diaspora cases where client is unable to fill and resend this contract and agreement form, client is required to please send an email to: info@fotohubgallery.online acknowledging understanding and acceptance of this contract. Dates are very competitive with us so we urge you to book on time. See you on the inside!
